Financial Contributions

This app was built having in mind to facilitate the recording of contributions from the members of a group for various purposes. For example, an association of ex student's where in various contributions are expected from members such as Registration and other dues. These contributions are often received by a financial secretary in installments and at unexpected times. Thus, there is a need for carrying around a book which can be dreary( like for my case as financial secretary of my choir).

This app provides a more portable alternative (but you can use alongside a physical handbook book). Again, with this app you have these other advantages:

* Edit and delete a contribution conveniently

* View all the contributions made by a member at one glance(total and other details)

* View all the contributions made for a purpose at one glance(total and other details)

* You can filter contributions to see those who have contributed in any range of amounts for a purpose and generate a report if needed.

* Share an auto generated text file or PDF of contribution details through external apps like Whatsapp to other members.

NB: At this point the app is able to backup all data only for devices with android version 6 and above so if you are using a lower version of android please consider backing up the files regularly by your self by sharing the generated files which contain records to your google drive account so that if your device is lost all data is not lost.
